Hi. With the price of oil and gas always increasing I wanted an electric combi boiler, thinking this will be the cheapest to run in the future. As it turns out it probably is cheaper already. I got the Heatwell boiler installed along with a wet central heating system. I had issues with the installers and they didn’t fit my boiler correctly, leaving me high and dry.

I called Heatwell for advice and was blown away when they came and rectified the fault for me, even though the problem was nothing to do with them. I am now extremely happy with my boiler as I have hot water on tap any time of the day (which is essential with a young child), I run my shower from it and the heating is much better than the storage units I previously had. I have never experienced customer service like Heatwells and won’t hesitate recommending them to others.
